Miscellaneous Manufacturers

Makers of miscellaneous hunting and shooting gear. From jungle hammocks to two-way radios - from game calls to the Bumper Dumper!

Review of Tool Pen by Key Gear

The Tool Pen is a useful item, which includes both Phillips and flat screwdrivers, along with a ballpoint pen. Easy to keep handy for tightening scope mounts or other field repairs.

Bucket Buddy

This item, "not just a fancy bucket," can turn a bucket into a portable gear toter, drink cooler, dry box, and stool.

Buckwing Products

These guys have a ton of stuff, like the Porta Roof Magnum tree stand umbrella. I love mine. Anyhow, quite a lineup. Ropes, arm guards, bow holders, arrow pullers, decoys, decoy bags, etc.

Bullshooter

Bullshooters are rests "designed to sight in any scoped rifle, shotgun or black powder gun with only a few rounds of ammo." Available for Handguns, too. Very interesting product...

Bumper Dumper

This is a toilet seat that hooks onto Reese-type trailer hitch receivers. Not only a useful product, but an entertaining site as well. You should get a chuckle out of this one.

CamTrakker

These folks say they have "the world's best souting camera," and "CamTrakker photographs deer as they move past its passive infrared motion detector which senses heat-in-motion within a conical area. Camtrakker helps you scout and pattern a big buck without contaminating its territory with human scent..."

Cough Silencer

This is a unique item... it lets you muffle your coughs while hunting. Very useful for a hunter with a cold or a more permanent cough.

E.A.R. Inc./Insta-Mold

This company "is a worldwide leader of non-electronic and electronic hearing protection and enhancement systems for hunters, shooters, firearm instructors and shotgun enthusiasts."

Feeders For Less

This company, Quality Game Feeders, offers "a one stop source for automatic deer feeders."

Head-lite

These folks make a handy item... it's a baseball cap with a built-in light! Pretty cool, and worked well when I used on a nighttime hog hunt with dogs in Florida! We took a huge sow on that hunt, over 400 pounds... but that's another story.

Hennessy Hammock

This is another item I first saw at the 2001 SHOT Show. This is a pretty slick item - a lightweight, bugproof jungle hammock with a rain fly. Review

Hughes Products

This company makes shooting & hunting accessories, antler art, box stands, and more.

Ident-I-Card Waterfowl ID Cards

These folks manufacture and sell identification cards for waterfowl, so you're not out there shooting the wrong birds. Pocket sized, waterproof, these look pretty handy.

Knight & Hale Game Calls

This company offers a wide selection of game calls.

LazerBrite

This interesting light is like nothing I've ever seen... you will have to follow the link above to see what I mean. Looks like it might be the most creative use of LED light yet... about the most original I've seen, anyhow.

Midland Consumer Radio

These folks have been making 2-way radios since 1959, and they seem to be keeping up with the times rather well. Review

Silencio

Silencio has been around for years. They're best known among shooters for their ear and eye protection products. I have owned and used Silencio earmuffs for about twenty years, and they have served me well.

Silhouettes Decals

You know those cool antler decals folks stick on their trucks to show that they love to hunt? Well, this is the company that makes 'em! They have other designs, too... the bowhunter is kinda neat, if you're an archer. Check 'em out.

Spare Bladder

This is, um, a bag for you to pee in. Ziploc-type closure, scent-free, with a powder inside that gels liquids so they won't spill. Camo, of course. Review
