When you use sights, you use only one eye, and the other eye can be a problem. Squinting gets tiring and causes tension in your facial muscles, resulting in loss of concentration and consistency. For that reason, you may choose to hang a blinder from your rear sight, no more than 30mm (1.18") high and no longer than 100mm (3.94") from the center of the rear sight.

You may also wear a cap, visor, or headband with a side blinder on it, no more than 40mm (1.57") deep, or you can attach a side blinder (same size) to your shooting glasses.
