Practice!

You will need to find a suitable place to practice your shooting. It's going to take a lot of practice to become good enough for Olympic competition, and finding the right place for that is essential.

A good place to begin would be one of the member clubs associated with USA Shooting, since that's the governing body for US Olympic Shooting. They have a good "get started" page on their Web site, and at press time they included a handy link to find member clubs in your state. It's likely that you could receive instruction at these facilities, and if not, someone there should be able to point you in the right direction.
