AK-47 Safety Lever - Rotary Tool & Stone
AK-47 Safety Lever - Rotary Tool & Stone
Now is the time to shape the notch to your liking, smooth out ragged edges, and de-burr it so the cut edges of the metal don't tend to cut your fingers. I used a stone wheel in my rotary tool to even out the bottom of the notch and remove the sharp edges. Use a very light touch, and don't remove too much at once. As Dad always says, it's easy to cut some off, but very hard to cut it back on!
