Moving the Ejector so I can Remove the Bolt

Slip a little screwdriver or something like that under the ejector, to hold it out of the way.

Next, it's time to remove the bolt. There are two ways to go about this. You can remove the ejector from the receiver, or you can just spring it out of the way. I chose to use a small screwdriver to hold it out of the way, as shown in the accompanying photograph.

You may need to get it started by pushing the ejector outward, from inside the receiver. A small screwdriver will work. Then you can get something between the receiver and the ejector. Just make sure not to overdo it - you only need to spring it outward enough to get the bolt out of the receiver.
