This looks like some awesome software... includes scans of USGS topo maps, and lets you view them in 2D or 3D. The 3D is awesome, it lets you spin & tilt an area of a map in 3D - and as a longtime map-lover, this gives me a thrill! There's nothing like seeing the topography in full relief.
