I've been hunting for a long time, and during those decades I've made a pile of memories, but of course some hunts stand out a lot more than others. Some weekends will remain lost forever, probably because none of us made a kill or had any bad luck... but other hunts stand out, whether it's the double-header hunt when Dad and I both got muzzleloader bucks on the same day, or the time when freezing rain threatened to drown me in my lonesome tent on a solo new year's hunt.
