While I've gotten lazy in recent years (because I found a great local butcher with good prices), this is the device I turn to when I do my own deer butchering. It allows me to make my own cubed steaks from deer hams, which is how I usually prefer to eat them. Don't expect to get butcher-shop quality from this - and it takes some getting used to - but it will definitely tenderize a slice of venison without breaking the bank. Read the review to learn more.
