Almost all of my hunting was done where I couldn't see more than a hundred yards, and back then it was pretty simple: If you can see antler, it's legal; if not, it ain't. I could hit where I aimed with my peep sight, and life was good. Then one day I found myself naturally led towards scope use - and once I started, there was really no turning back.
