I've got some snake chaps, but they're hot and aggravating. These guards are easy to wear and I think they provide good protection. The owner of the company has personally tested these many times and he tells me they've never failed. I can't help but think that an errant fang may possibly find its way through a chink in the armor, but they sure do beat the heck out of wearing no protection at all.
