My blushing bride conjured up this recipe, and she done good. Bear in mind that if you prefer a flaming mouth you'll want to add some spice; personally, I like to taste the meat and other goodies rather than searing my tongue. Whatever your tastes, when the weather cools down folks start to think about chili - and you could do a lot worse than this recipe.
