Deer season is sneaking up on us, and will be here before you know it. I've had some good deer-tracking experiences, even though it can be frustrating. I've learned a fair bit about tracking over the years, and thought it would be useful to share some of my experiences, along with some tips and tricks that may help you next time you need to track down a deer that didn't "obey the rules" (as Dad would say) and fall down right where it was shot.
