Youth Hunter Takes Huge Hog That Dwarfs Hogzilla

Sunday May 27, 2007
An eleven-year-old boy has bagged a swine that makes the legendary Hogzilla looks like a shoat! Well, maybe it's not that extreme, but we're talking about a hog that's twelve feet long and weighs more than a thousand pounds. Man oh man... that's a lot of sausage. And he did it with a 50-caliber handgun. Yow! They're calling it Hogzilla II... but definitely not Hogzilla Junior!

I’m not so sure I beleive this story. I’ve now seen it listed as 9 feet 4 inches. 10 feet 7 inches and now 12 feet. Another thing. Why did it take 3 weeks to report this amazing feat to the press? I’ve also heard he shot it 11 times. So he pump 6 shots in it, reloaded and then 5 more shots? I do hope this is true but I don’t know which “story” to believe.

Chasing a farm raised animal around in a fenced in area (150 acres) for 3 hours, shooting at it 16 times, 8 of which connected is not “hunting”. That is pure and simple “cruelty to animals”. From looking at the physical condition of the boy, I think I can safely conclude that the chase was conducted by means other than “on foot.”

Steve, you can go right to the source at http://www.monsterpig.com/ and see what the boy’s father has to say about it.

Johnny, please don’t post duplicate comments. That just waters them down. I replied to you where you posted this before.
