Black Powder and Smokeless Powder - Revised

Apparently there was some confusion when folks read this article last week, so I have revised it. Be advised that the term "smokeless powder" does NOT refer to black powder substitutes such as Pyrodex, Trilpe Seven, Clear Shot, etc.
